JEON Seung Hwan has been based in London since 2001, where he graduated from London College of Printing. He has spent his early career working together with the internationally renowned photographer Sølve Sundsbø for 4 years before setting up on his own in 2008. Since becoming independent his works have been featured in a growing number of international publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Numero.
Jeon’s passionate approach to photography coupled with his natural flair for innovation enables him to create eye-catching imagery that effortlessly captures the imagination of the viewer. Evidence of this can be seen in his experimental film ‘Figure. 09’, which was commissioned by Nick Knight’s SHOWSTUDIO. The film has also been listed as one of the finalists in the International Fashion Film Festival in 2008.
